What To Put In The Email

• What you sell, and the largest thing that has to fit in the bag
• Roughly how many bags, and by when
• Whether you already have artwork, or only a logo, or neither
• Whether the bag needs to survive rain — it changes the stock, not the price much

Quotes come back the same week, itemised: blank, print, finishing, dies. You will be able to see exactly what the foil is costing you and decide it is worth it, or decide it is not.

Artwork Questions

Send the file. Genuinely — we would rather look at it than describe file formats over email. If it will not foil at that size we will tell you within a day, and usually suggest the one change that makes it work.

Visiting

Come and hold the stock if you are nearby; it answers more questions than any sample pack. Tuesday to Friday, and it is worth an email first because press days get loud and the front buzzer does not always get heard.

Existing Orders

Quote your job number if you have one. If the order is already on press, changes are usually not possible — but tell us anyway, because occasionally the sheet has not gone through yet and we can stop it.
