What We Hold

• Enquiry and order details — your name, business name, email, delivery address and the specification of the job.
• Artwork files — the logos and designs you send us, kept with the job.
• Tooling records — which foil die and plates belong to which customer, held five years from last use.

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers on this site. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Why

To quote, print and deliver the job — and to make reordering a one-email process eighteen months later, which is the main reason we keep artwork at all.

How Long

• Enquiries that do not become orders: twelve months.
• Order records and invoices: seven years, as required for tax.
• Artwork and tooling: five years from last use, then destroyed or returned.

Who Sees It

Our five staff, our accountant, and the courier. Your artwork is never used as an example of our work, shown to other customers or posted anywhere, unless you have said in writing that we may.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no tax obligation requires us to keep it. Email [email protected] with “data request” in the subject line. We reply within thirty days and usually within three.

Complaints

If we handle a request badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We would rather you told us first.
